Got this from Apple store as a replacement on 16th Feb this year and I have had a case and screen protector on from the start so as I have said, excellent condition with no cracks/scratches etc that I can see. Should be unlocked to all networks as this is straight from apple themselves (not sure about 3!) black colour. Comes with box and charger. Could possibly deliver if needed.
